A lip seal is used to seal in coolant and lubrication oil in a car air-conditioner unit. The lip seal, which has been developed as a car air-conditioner shaft seal, uses a material suitable to seal in the coolant and lubrication oil. The lip seal has a special structure and is compact in size.
