I wanted to just knock out the pins to remove the doors for paint but realized the top pin won't come out that way. I unbolted the hinge to remove the pins, drilled and tapped holes in one end, and then installed the top hinge pin upside down. Yes you must remove your doors.Then remove the hinges.Knock the pins out of the hinges.Drill out the holes and insert bushings.Then reassemble

Using our NAPA punch set, we selected a drift pin that fit the hinge pin and drove it up with a a few blows with a hammer. Be careful not to hit
