03/03/2022 · I have an All-in-One Printer HP Deskjet F380. I can print but I can not scan. The app HP Scan and Capture is installed after Microsoft Store. Printer driver is correctly working. Scanner is not recognized and the device is recognized as "Other Devices\Deskjet F300 series" at Device Manager but driver is not provided by Microsoft.
